The camera at Grand Concourse and 161st Street is positioned at one of the most significant intersections in the Bronx, where the breadth of the Grand Concourse , it was modeled partly on the Champs-Élysées in Paris and is 180 feet wide at its broadest points , combines with the traffic generated by the stadium and the courthouse complex.

On late evenings and early mornings, the Grand Concourse is one of the city's quieter camera feeds.
