This stretch of the highway runs below the park's surface level, and the camera shows the parkway in its more park-integrated character rather than the urban highway character of the southern sections.

The Henry Hudson Parkway runs alongside the Hudson River for its entire Manhattan length. The river itself isn't directly visible in most of the camera feeds because the highway is built right at the waterline with the Hudson River Park greenway running between the road and the water. But the open sky visible in the western direction, the lower building density due to the waterfront land use, and the park character visible in the Riverside Park section all show up in the feeds as a different visual texture from the city's interior highway cameras.

Unlike many Manhattan highways, the Henry Hudson doesn't have crossings with the city's surface street grid at every block — the access points are spaced further apart than on the FDR Drive or the West Side surface streets. This means traffic doesn't have the pressure-release valve of frequent side-street exits; once backed up, it tends to stay backed up until traffic clears naturally.
George Washington Bridge 方法
